The Clippers have been on a 4 game hot streak, besting some of the top teams out of the West (Denver, OKC & Utah). During their game with the Thunder Blake Griffin turned the NBA world upside down with what many have already dubbed the “Dunk Of The Year”. Chris Mullen said it was the best dunk he’s ever seen, but that may be a stretch. Do you think this was the dunk of the year? Hit the comment section and tell us what you think and share some of your favorite dunks as well!

There was a time in which TV was enjoyable and I would look forward to waking up at odd hours to catch a glimpse of the infamous Soul Train. Aside from catching great lip syncing from our favorite artists, it was the only spot that taught me the best dance moves resulting in dance floor domination and locale acclaim. And not for nothing,… they had the best looking ladies anywhere on TV besides Baywatch.

Don, thank you for this creation. We’ll remember how you came to be instead of how you left.

While in New York, we got the chance to meet Cory Gunz who stars in his own reality TV show on MTV and is signed to Lil’ Wayne’s record label YMCMB. Cory stopped by our showroom to cop the Maverick Jacket in Tan. Thanks for the support!

Luke Chueh, a central Californian transplant, who made a name for himself through his graphic design, paintings and illustrations. His work is often considered a part of the Lowbrow Art and Pop Surrealism movement, a term he often distances himself from. Both movements encompass a contemporary range of artists who draw their inspiration from outside the traditional fine arts community. Such artists typically draw reference from various do-it-yourself cultures such as punk rock, tattooing and comics.

During our recent trip to New York we were able to meet Serge Ibaka, power forward for the Oklahoma City Thunder. He’s a fan of the brand and came by the office and check us out. Ibaka is also known to fans as “Iblocka” since he is among the best in the league for blocked shots and ranked second for this season. Last year he participated in the Slam Dunk Contest but will also enter this year’s contest . Ibaka definitely isn’t missing any style points with our Maverick Jacket in Black. Click more to see his Free Throw Line Dunk and also grab your own Maverick Jacket below.
This past Friday the 13th, Joon Speaks had the unique opportunity to perform in front of a packed audience in his home town of Pomona, at the historic Fox Theater. The event, headlined by both Curren$y and Dom Kennedy was put together by the I.E.’s very own Abstract Evolution.

Anticipation for the night’s event had fans waiting in line hours before the doors even opened. Joon can be seen here rocking our Eekon Jacket.

Pomona came out in numbers and showed a lot of love all night, from beginning to end.

Joon rocking the Varsity Tee from our current Holiday 2012 collection.

Joon kept the crown engaged throughout and ended his performance with the following call and response, “when I say FUCK, you say JOON. FUCK ____, FUCK, _____.” Cementing his IDGAF mentality.

Stay tuned for Joon‘s upcoming project, EVERYDAY WEEKEND dropping soon.
