We’re only two weeks away from the release of Fashawn’s Ode to Illmatic mixtape and in celebration of the project, we’re teaming up with XXL to present a contest for aspiring producers.
The contest is simple, remix any track or sample from Nas’ classic, Illmatic, and send it to illmatic@orisue.com/2010/beta
The winner will be chosen by Fashawn and will have their remix included as a bonus track on “Ode To Illmatic.” To top it all off they will also receive $250 for the Orisue Online Store!
All submissions must be received by June 2 at 12 p.m. PST. We will announce the winner on our blog the following day!
