You can tell a lot about a person by the selection of music they listen to. SourMilk started making a series of mixes called “Some Of My Favorite Things” or simply SOFMT and after listening to some of the mixes I discovered 2 things about Milk. 1.) He has a buttload of time on his hands to listen to all different sorts of music and 2.) He knows how to make some dope mixes.

Last month Fashawn was in town from Fresno getting ready to leave to tour Europe with Blu & Exile. At the same time Yelawolf was in town for the Grammy’s and to record some tracks.
We thought it was a dope opportunity to get 2 of the hottest up and coming artists together to shoot our Spring 2010 Delivery 1 Look Book.
Fash and Yelawolf had a great chemistry. Interesting fact, did you know Yelawolf was on Missy Elliott’s reality TV show “The Road To Stardom?” Neither did I, but that was the first thing Fash said when he met Yelawolf. You learn something new everyday!
Our very own Fashawn has been making waves in the music scene for the past few years. However, I bet you didn’t know that he doesen’t just rap about skating, but he can actually skate too. He doesen’t get to skate as often as he would like with his busy schedule, but he still finds time to roll around and have some fun. The proof is in the pudding because Etnies took notice and decided to bring him on board to work on some projects in the near future. Glad to see he’s able to balance his music with his skating and I can’t wait to see his limited edition shoe that he’s working on as well. Take it easier on the kid next time Fash, ahahaha….
